Because orders may enter processing shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Please carefully review all product descriptions, sizing information, colors, quantities, and shipping information before completing your purchase. Ordering the incorrect size, color, or item does not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Although all sales are final, we want to make things right if an error occurs on our end. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact Cultiv8Heir within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

You may be asked to provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product

• Photographs of the original packaging and shipping label, when applicable

Approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise may be resolved through a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. This exception does not constitute a refund or exchange policy. Claims submitted after the 3-day reporting period may not be eligible for replacement.

When available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Once tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered, Cultiv8Heir is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.

If your package appears to have been lost or delayed while in the possession of the shipping carrier, please contact us so we can assist you with determining the appropriate next steps.

All Cultiv8Heir merchandise orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5 business days of purchase.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Weekends and holidays are not included in processing times.

Once your order has been processed, we use a 3-business-day shipping service for delivery.

Please note that the 3-day shipping timeframe begins after your order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Therefore, customers should generally allow approximately 8 business days from the date of purchase for processing and delivery.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Cultiv8Heir is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
